Color Label Editor 2 – new feature rich label design app for Brother VC-500W

Brother presents a new app for creating labels for the workplace and the home. The app is packed with new features to enable make the most of Brother VC-500W – a versatile and efficient colour label printer with wireless and USB connection that can print labels in photo quality directly from a smartphone or tablet.

We have improved the user experience. The app has a professional design and is aimed at different users – from the offices and other workplaces as well as the home and creative souls that wish to print elegant and premium labels.

The app can be adapted so only relevant content is shown. But it offers a wide variety of options all in one app.

• Label templates for the office - design tailor-made labels with logos and images for companies, e.g., for name tags, general signage and business card labels
• Retail label templates - create custom made labels for labelling items in your store, e.g., price tags with a logo, or product labels for own products, such as homemade jam or soap
• Templates for personalised cards - make a personal greeting card using beautiful templates for anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, Christmas and New Year
• Photo booth templates with built-in timer so you can take selfies and print them afterwards
• Many fonts, frames, backgrounds and clipart.

Connecting the label and photo printer to the app with a fast wi-fi connection is easy, and users can log on to Instagram or Facebook and upload photos and logos at the touch of a button.

It is also possible to save and share labels with other users of the VC-500W - via the "easy share" function - and print them directly from the app.

The VC-500W uses CZ tape, which is available in 9, 12, 19, 25 and 50mm widths.
