Brother has great success with MPS solutions

Complete printer solutions that include sales, service, advice and automated delivery of consumables are popular in many areas of business and in the public sector. Brother’s sales of Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions – have more than doubled - every year.

Most associate Brother with smart and compact all-in-one printers for the home or minor businesses. And some may also know Brother from other types of products such as sewing machines.

In 2018 Brother is still connected with all-in-one printers, which the Japanese manufacturer sells in tens of thousands every year on the Danish market. But Brother is also label printers, scanners and professional solutions.

Brother is on the rise in the growing market for MPS (Managed Print Services). These are print solutions, that are “all inclusive” - so to speak. First of all, there is guidance to find and purchase the printer that is the best match, installation at the office, ongoing monitoring and service of the printer - plus automatic delivery of consumables when the printer is running out. All in cooperation with Brother partners. The solution is both practical, economical and efficient, so in order words MPS also means "Much Profit Secured".

According to analysts ICT and Quocirca, the number of Brother printers on MPS contracts with customers has grown by over 200 per cent. per year during the past four years. Brother is therefore gaining ground in a market that has otherwise been dominated by other major brands in office machines.

Brother’s MPS contracts are sold and handled exclusively through retailers, system houses and partners with value added services to customers. For example, partners that handle integration with administrative software, etc.
