Brother scoops Good Design Awards across print, scan and labelling categories

The structure, aesthetic and usability of a Brother printer, scanner and labelling machine have been celebrated with a Good Design Award 2018 across the three categories.

The HL-L2375DW mono laser printer, ADS-2200 desktop scanner and labelling machine P-touch CUBE Plus won the Japanese award.

The Good Design Award is a mark of quality and innovation. It recognises products and services that have identified and broadened possibilities of design.

Brother won the award for the first time in 1960 for a home sewing machine and since then more than 200 of its products have been recognised with the award. This is the 26th consecutive year Brother has received a Good Design Award, since 1993.

Henning Elkjær, Nordic Nordic Marketing Director & Sales Director hos Brother Nordic A/S said, “The Good Design Award evaluates not only the exterior beauty of products, but also the user experience and environmental impact of the design, as well as the products’ ability to present new ideas to society.

“Winning the award recognises the concerted effort by all Brother employees involved in developing, manufacturing and delivering our products and services. Following our “At your side” motto, we are committed to always placing our customers first by designing products that suit their needs.”
