The PC-FAX Receivesoftware is answering all incoming calls, regular ring and distinctive ring. I am using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and cannot send and/or receive faxes. What can I do? Scan (14) I am unable to scan using Windows XP Professional x64 Edition with a parallel connection after changing the user account using the"Switch User" option.
