Connecting to a Computer (5) I cannot install the printer driver because the installation stops after I connect the printer to my computer. I cannot print via Bluetooth® (for Windows) I connected multiple printers of the same model to one computer but can only print from one of them. I'm now unable to print from my PC, even though I could print moments ago. Printing is not possible. (USB connection)

The label is not printed even though I pressed the print key. The printed label contains blank horizontal lines. The tape got jammed in the printer or the tape got stuck inside the printer.
