The Brother SupportCenter app is compatible with the following Brother products:

You can use the app’s Find By Wi-Fi feature to select your Brother product if it is connected to the same wireless network that your mobile device is connected to.

The Brother SupportCenter app works with Apple and Android mobile devices. Make sure your mobile device uses one of the following operating systems:

Android: Version 4.0 or later.
iOS (iPhone and iPad): Version 9.0 or later.
Brother SupportCenter provides access to setup information, product manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips.
Brother iPrint&Scan enables you to print from and scan to your mobile device or computer on a wireless network.
Depending on your product, some features may not be available and will be greyed-out.
Download the Brother SupportCenter app to your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play.
